I overthink everything ! And I often wonder if there was anything I could have done to get a better outcome? Could I have been a better lover? A better friend? A better cat mom? A better daughter ? A better servant of God? Truth is I am all I can be in this present moment and that should be enough. Sure there is always room for me to evolve and grow but why not be who I am in the moment ?
