I cracked the code!
Now I see how these girls are growing their glutes and legs while still having a flat stomach! it's tough to do because you eat to gain more glutes or do you eat less to have a flat stomach? I was split between the 2 because my goal is to be fit overall not just having nice, fat, juicy glutes lol. But now I know what to do! I have a day where I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill without holding the handle on incline 6 because anything further is bad for my knees (I normally work out my glutes the day before) then I walk on the Stairmaster at level 6-8 for 20-30 minutes. That form of cardio help me keep a lean shape while I still have my curves (I do this 1 day only) I stop walking on the Stairmaster after every lift session because I just do it one day a week. For other people doing cardio after a lift session is fine but for me if I want to keep any glute gain I can't do that or all of my hard work will go down the drain. Instead of doing Stairmaster after every lift now I train my abs after every lift instead :) so yes I keep my glute gains and I am praying for my abs to become more and more define. I also have a day where I solely work out my back because the more you work out your upper body the more your lower body curves will show because your upper body will get smaller.
