Count your blessing.
Today I am doing this exercise where I will write on a piece of paper all the blessing Jehovah gave me and I on the other side of that paper I will write why I feel sorry for myself.
When you have a problem it is so easy to look at your life and feel sorry for yourself but God is a happy God he has blessed you in so many ways if only you would look in the mirror and see it all or look at your life to see how far you’ve come. Self pity doesn’t make anything better it only makes people feel worse. God has been speaking to me to let me know I cannot be pitiful and powerful all at once, I have to pick one.

each day I am taking a picture without filter to get used to see my beautiful self because for the longest time I didn’t like pictures but I want to have memories for when I am older. I want to keep every photograph to keep memories for myself. I will never this young again.

a good spouse is not someone who simply looks beautiful it’s someone who loves you no matter what version you show up in, that person loves you when you’re depressed, happy, angry or frustrated. They will stand by your side no matter what even if you lose your vision in a terrible accident. It’s someone who can’t go a day without talking to you, if they don’t talk to you, it’s torture! They think about you all day long. They want to make your life better; they want to make you happy. it's someone who holds you a little longer when they hug you, someone who can't get enough of all of you, who can't keep their hands off of you because they crave you so much... everything reminds them of you.

I don’t want to be with someone who loves the same things I love! If I did I would just date myself. I want someone who’s different than who I am but still able to support me and not make me feel bad for the things I love. I want to be with an extroverted man because I want to come outside more and I can only do that if I have someone who’s supporting me and pushing me to do it if not I’ll stay home and rot in my bed with my cats.
