I used to think people who post pictures of themselves crying online were attention seekers until I started experiencing the type of pain that would make you wish you down somewhere in a ditch. At times I would give anything to not be sad, to not want to die and to finally be happy. Sharing your pain is essential, crying yourself to sleep and to only wake up in the morning like nothing happened is toxic! Acknowledge the pain! Talk about it! Write about it! Hell scream it at a top of a mountain. You deserve freedom from your demons, let your tears drown the pain away… let yourself hurt and let the pain go when it’s time.
